This is not like the Gnoming you will read about if you do a search on Google or the like. This is special. The intent is not to steal gnomes who already have a home and take them on potentially illegal (albeit hilarious and fun) adventures.
The aim of this game, is to make people smile and at the same time, have a little fun.
How to Play
1) Get yourself a gnome. It doesn't matter how big or small or what they're wearing, just get one. Your local garden store is a good place to start although you can find them just about anywhere these days.
2) Decide who would benefit the most from a gnome-ish visit. Who needs to smile? Who needs to laugh? That is the person who needs the little guy/gal with the pointy hat to come for a visit.
3) Attach a note to the gnome detailing the game and where others can find the details. Throwing in a link to this blog is a good idea, that way people can share their visits!
4) Leave the note somewhere where it can be found relatively easily, but not in too obvious a place. Doorsteps work well if you can knock and run fast enough. Mailboxes are also a good place.
5) Visit our Facebook page and let us know that you've left a gnome.
